The CSM designation demonstrates standardization
within the stormwater field and brings together talents on

agement, from a researcher/data collector to an inspector
to someone who is responsible for implementing and
overseeing an entire stormwater program. It takes several

Certified Public Fleet Professional (CPFP)

of public fleet professionals to benefit communities through
quality fleet services.

Certified Public Infrastructure Inspector (CPII)

The CPII is intended for individuals that inspect the con-
struction of public infrastructure and facilities and other types
of construction work and materials to ensure compliance with
plans and specifications. The purpose is to promote quality
infrastructure throughout the community by advancing the
knowledge and practice of construction inspection to benefit
the community and public agencies.
