2015 Conference Chattanooga
November 3-5

This year’s conference is building on a tradition Agenda
of excellence with a few new things added to the

Rodeo: The following competitions will again be
included this year – Skid Steer, Knuckleboom, 11:30 a.m. Rodeo Lunch sponsored by
Gradall, Wheel Loader, Backhoe, and Auto Refuse Lee Smith Inc.
Truck. Awards are given to the top three winners in
each category and to the top three overall winners. 12:30 p.m. Rodeo Competition Begins
The city with the most winners also receives special
recognition. 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Exhibits Set Up

Young Professionals: This year the conference is 4 p.m. Exhibits Open
focusing special attention on Young Professionals in Non-Compete Exhibit Time
the Public Works field. YP’s events include: “Waste
Wednesday” and a service project for the Orange 5-6:30 p.m. Host Branch Reception and
Grove Center; a Pints & Pedals trip to the Flying Rodeo Awards Ceremony
Squirrel; and many opportunities to network with
peers and mentors. 6:30 p.m. Young Professionals Outing

Educational/Technical Sessions: Choose from 16 Dinner on Your Own
sessions ranging from techniques to extend the life
of your roads to new technology for efficient waste Thursday, November 5
management to diversity in the workplace. Expert
