About JT&S

The JT&S training program is a joint venture between the Tennessee College of
Applied Technology in Murfreesboro, Tennessee Electric Cooperative Association,
and the Tennessee Municipal Electric Power Association. The program provides
job training, and training and support for both municipal and cooperative utilities
throughout the state of Tennessee.
