                                                                   Kingsport. He is the TCAPWA Council of Chapters Delegate and was Chapter
                                                                   President in 2014.

                                                                      Christopher Pianta works for the Tennessee Department of Environment and
                                                                   Conservation Office of Sustainable Practices.

                                                                      Brett Ward is a Utility Operations Consultant who has worked with MTAS
                                                                   for 21 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the
                                                                   University of Tennessee and Tennessee Operator Certifications in Wastewater
