for 21 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the
University of Tennessee and Tennessee Operator Certifications in Wastewater
Treatment, Water Treatment and Collection System and Certification in Industrial
Pretreatment from the Kentucky-Tennessee Water Environment Association.
