ment of Public Works annual awards. This
year, 10 awards were distributed ranging
from merit for operations to young leader,
innovation, and project of the year. The
Project of the Year was awarded to City
of Chattanooga City Engineer Alan Ogle,
HDR Engineering, and Smith Contractors
for their tireless work to investigate and
