TCAPWA Awards 2018 Scholarships
TCAPWA recently announced the
winners of two $1,000 scholarships.
The scholarships are awarded annually
to TCAPWA members or employees
of TCAPWA member agencies who
are planning on enrolling in college or
technical school. We offer congratulations
to this year’s winners: Jesse Groves and
Marshall Hopper.

Riverdale High School,
Groves will attend UT Knoxville this
fall. He participated in the Rutherford
Works Summer Internship Program
in Rutherford County’s Engineering
Department in 2017, then returned to the
department as a Stormwater Apprentice
this summer. In those roles, Groves did job majoring in Civil Engineering with a
